Meet the founders
Fixer Group was founded by Luke Terella and Michael Bailey, two mates who started the business with a simple goal: build the kind of maintenance company they’d actually want to deal with themselves.
What began as a conversation at the pub and a rough idea scribbled on the back of a napkin turned into a business built on hard work, trust, and doing right by people.
Since 2020, they’ve grown the business from a small operation into a trusted maintenance and compliance partner for property managers and homeowners across Victoria, while keeping the same hands-on approach they started with.
Luke focuses heavily on growth, client relationships and pushing the business forward, while Michael brings a practical, operational mindset and deep technical knowledge to the team.
Together, they’ve built a company that values good communication, quality work, and long-term relationships over quick wins.
Their philosophy is simple:
